WALANG KWENTANG KAUSAP
Parang walang pinag-aralan tong doktora daw na to.

Nung kinausap ko sa phone tong doktora na may-ari na to, everything was okay. She seemed professional pa. Nung pinuntahan ko yun place, ok naman kahit wala sya katulong nya kausap namin. We even talked there on the phone para i-settle lahat ng questions ko. Mukha naman syang matino. And pag tinatanong name nya, doktora binibigay nya. Fine, so she doesn't have a name just a profession.

Anyway, usapan 3pm to 12am ang time namin. Her house helper even wrote it down on their log book. Malinaw lahat ang usapan. Kahit sa emails malinaw. Tapos a day before the even nag-email (yung email pa nya reply lang sa email ng kapatid ko who had an additional question ha) na pinarent daw nya yung place ng 7am to 4pm so 5pm lang kami pwedeng magset up.

Of course I called her immediately to clarify. Ang sabi pa sira daw kasi phone namin so di kami matawagan (that's a lie, never nasira phone namin). Sabi ko eh bakit di mo kami email ASAP. Di nakasagot. Anyway, sa huli pumayag syang 3pm sharp kami magset up. So parang utang na loob pa namin. Tapos never nyang binanggit na may bayad every gadget na isasaksak namin. Sa email lang nya a day before. Sabi ko bakit di mo sinasabi sa min yan sa mga usapan natin eh samantalang sinabi ko na magdadala kami ng sound system. Pero fine, I'll just have to pay p300 pero gadget.

Ang sabi pa sa kin ng napakatalinong doktorang yun, dapat daw inanticipate ko na na may problemang ganun sa schedule. Sabi ko, bakit ko aanticipate yun? I was anticipating for the rain or the storm or other elements. Pero yung schedule, sa end na nila yun eh. I don't hold their log book and I have no control of their business so why the hell should I anticipate a problem coming from their end? Di nakasagot yung doktora.

The day itself, birthday ng kid brother ko. Una, they said the pool is suitable for kids. That's another lie. Mataas pa sa 4ft ang pinakamababaw nila.

Second, we can't even install a bubble machine without paying additional p300. So wag na lang.

Third, yung videoke nila na may bayad din syempre, di pwedeng lakasan. Parang nag-mic ka pa sa hina. Nakakahiya daw sa kapitbahay baka magising. Sabi namin nevermind. Sayang lang bayad namin.

Fourth, hindi sya nagpapakita. Nung hinahanap namin sabi ng mga katulong nya natutulog daw. Hinahanap namin sya because we need to iron things out. Katulong lang lagi pinapakausap nya eh nung sa phone kahapon sinisisi nya mga katulong nila dahil baguhan lang daw.

Fifth, when my mom settled the bill, sinabi hanggang 11pm lang daw. We arranged the party for our brother so yung mom ko she wasn't really aware of our conversation. Nagulat kami sabi namin 11pm? Bakit eh hanggang 12 kami dapat. But of course, di nagpapakita yung doktora habang nandyan parents namin. My parents went ahead so kami na lang natira. Umalis na din ako, naiwan na lang brother ko (not the 7-year-old one, the much much older one) and his friends.

Bago mag-11pm, pinapaahon na sila sa pool. Pinagtatabuyan na sila. I swear the word is pinagtatabuyan. In front of his guests ha. Sabi pa nya buti nga daw pinagbigyan na 3pm ang time namin dapat 5pm eh. So syempre nagalit na kapatid ko. Nagsigawan sila dun. Sabi nya ang gulo nyang kausap kasi sa emails nya maliwanag na 3pm to 12am ang time namin. Tapos sabi ng kapatid ko kung gusto mo ipapakita ko sa yo mga emails mo ngayon eh. They have wifi there and he brought a laptop so he could show it immediately. Pero tinalikuran sya ng doktorang yun.

We don't understand. We were great guests. Hindi kami nagkakalat. We even had everything brought back the way it was before. Pati mga house helpers nya mas matino pa at parang mas mataas pa pinag-aralan kesa sa kanya.

Syempre nakakahiya yung ginawa nung doktorang yun. Ipagtabuyan kayo ng guests mo di ba? Tapos nung nakalabas na sila ng gate, pinarinig pa na ni-lock nila.

Galit na galit sila nung umuwi. They told me what happened. Balak talaga namin ipabaranggay. We don't think they have business permit kahit na sabi nila meron daw. Tapos around midnight, the phone rang. It was the witch!

She "apologized." Malamang nakita nya mga kabobohan nya when she checked everything. Pero yung phone call na yun in the guise of an apology is actually an excuse-full of BS. Puro excuse pero obvious naman na gumagawa lang ng dahilan. Naconfuse lang daw sya sa mga sinulat nya. Sabi ko that's so lame because we talked on the phone several times, my parents even talked to her personally and consistent naman ang usapan namin. Sabi nya they are just starting lang daw kasi. That's a very, very stupid mistake even for starters. Those with half a brain would even know what she did was suicidal, not only for her business, but for her name as well.

So sabi namin, her so-called apology is too late. Sobrang pagpapahiya ginawa nya sa min sa harap ng guests. We are still thinking to go to the baranggay. We were robbed! We still have all our email exchanges to verify our claims. Pero in the meantime, I'm just going to warn everyone not to rent the place.
